Fares El Khoury

I am a Ph.D. student at Inria THOTH, supervised by Michael Arbel, Edouard Pauwels, and Samuel Vaiter. Prior to that, I obtained a master’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Vision, and Machine Learning (MVA) from École Normale Supérieure Paris-Saclay and a master’s degree in Statistics and Probability from Université Paris Cité. I also completed a double major in Mathematics and Computer Engineering at the Lebanese University. My research interests include the foundations of machine learning, optimization, generative modeling, causality, and sampling methods.
